Featuring Clo Chaperon (Vocalist) and Dr Mark Baynes (Pianist), Quantum Blue Duo perform a range of beautiful songs that will bring elegance and old world glamour to any occasion. The duo perform a combination of well known jazz standards from the American songbook along with relaxed arrangements of contemporary hits. Whether it’s cocktails in warmly lit bars or canapes in the late afternoon sun, the duo will strike just the right chord.
Quantum Blue duo’s jazz selection features some of the all-time great standards alongside more modern takes on the genre. Classic tunes include “At Last” (Etta James), “They Can’t Take That Away From Me” (Gershwin) and “Someone To Watch Over Me” (Ella Fitzgerald), while more modern cuts include “Cry Me A River” (Diana Krall) and “Moondance” (Van Morrison). Contemporary tunes include “You Know I’m No Good” (Amy Winehouse), Long Walk (Jill Scott), “Let’s Get It On” (Marvin Gaye), “Feel Like Making Love” (D’Angelo), “Certainly” (Erykah Badu) amongst many others.
